In 2023, our founder Priya was helping a family friend's dental practice in Brisbane. They had been in business for 15 years with thousands of happy patients — but only 23 Google reviews.
Meanwhile, a new competitor down the street had 200+ reviews and was ranking higher in search results. The difference? They had a system. They asked every patient for a review.
Priya realized that the problem wasn't quality of service — it was that happy customers rarely leave reviews unprompted, while unhappy ones always do.
