• "User," "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Service
• "Customer Data" refers to data you upload about your customers
• "Content" refers to text, images, and other materials on the Service

2. Account Registration

To use FiveFlow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription & Billing

5.1 Plans and Pricing

FiveFlow offers various subscription plans as detailed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FiveFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your Customer Data. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your Customer Data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Reviews will increase or ratings will improve
• All messages will be delivered successfully
• Third-party platforms (Google, Yelp) will not change their policies

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiveFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
